This brand-new hotel is exceptionally clean and offers big rooms. the helpful and hard-working personnel provide very good services. the hotel has a fantastic and comfortable location in the middle of Jackson. the breakfast at the property is good and satisfactory.

I thoroughly enjoyed to be there and would stay here again. Everything was good, the hotel was gorgeous. The property's setting was central and the staff were outstandingly accommodating and supper friendly people in particular Brian the doorman and the manager. I had huge and immaculate room with exceptionally comfortable bed.

The place was clean with very accommodating staff who provided excellent service, the rooms were pristine with a bathtub, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the restaurant.

Spacious and super clean rooms with a bathtub for some relaxing soak time 🛁. the location is super close to the dragon bridge and also near convenience stores for anything you might need.

Stayed for a week at a chic boutique hotel close to the beach with new, modern facilities. the staff, especially Brian and Kevin, were exceptional and welcoming. Delicious breakfast options, surrounded by restaurants and shops. Rooftop view was amazing.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The room we stayed in at Mercy Emerald Hotel was so cozy and inviting. We had a breathtaking city view and the spacious suite with a bathtub was just perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Da Nang.
I thought the breakfast could have more fruit options and cereals, but that's just my personal taste.

The staff at Mercy Emerald Hotel are very helpful and provide excellent services. the location is peaceful and convenient, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops. Gettin' Basted is just within a mile, offering a great spot to enjoy a drink.
